Tetelo holds a B.Com Honours degree in Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg. She is currently a Research Analyst at Legae Securities, focusing on the ESG research of the listed companies. She is currently studying towards her CFA designation and has completed level 1.

Tetelo started her career as a junior analyst at the Financial Services Board within the collective investment schemes department. Her duties included evaluation of effective internal controls, financial statement analysis, risk assessment analysis and monitoring the compliance of the investment management companies. She obtained a certificate in Equity Evaluation course, Introduction to Financial Markets from the Hedge Fund Academy and attended Collective Investment Schemes Programme at the ASISA Academy.
