Sherma Malan has spend most of her career in some way or form connected to finance. She is passionate about people development and empowerment of women, and supports the WIFN as it aligns to her personal objectives of helping people becoming the best versions of themselves they can be.

Sherma is currently the Executive for Certification and Member Services at the Institute of Directors in South Africa.
