Shanal Chetty worked for a prominent Software Development company for 10 years and successfully opened support desks in the United Kingdom and South Africa. With her financial experience, she had a dream to open a multi-tiered software support centre for financial advisors and that is what she did in early 2016 in South Africa.

Shanal is currently the Head of Support Services for Linktank. Her core responsibility is to offer business consulting with regards to software and process automation, and outsourcing system administration and ongoing end-user support to financial advisors. She has secured major corporate contracts in South Africa and continues to grow and develop the business strategy extending out of South Africa.

She firmly believes that each person must live their lives as a model to others and is enthusiastic to see women succeed in the financial industry. She lives according to the personal motto: Love what you do and never work a day in your life.
