Shaheema Adams is the founder and owner of the Customer Experience Lab (CEX Lab), a level 1 B-BBEE women owned business.
She is an entrepreneur with a passion for delivering end-to-end customer experience (CEX) strategic solutions, focused on result driven outcomes for corporate companies and SME’s.
Her work in CEX has also afforded her the opportunity to incorporate customer regulatory financial work such as TCF and PoPI.
Her mission is to ensure that all her clients are enabled to become the best customer centric versions of themselves.
As a mentor and coach, she is passionate about giving back and actively spends her time, mentoring, coaching and developing CEX strategies for SME businesses as part of her CEX CSI program.
