Elindi van den Heever is a Board-Certified Specialist Wellness Counsellor with a multidisciplinary background in finance, music, and psychology.
She holds a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning and previously worked as a financial advisor, where she developed a strong interest in the behavioural side of money — how stress, belief systems, identity, and emotional regulation influence financial decision-making. She witnessed first-hand how financial pressure and performance demands affect confidence, relationships, and wellbeing.
Elindi also holds an NDip in Vocal Arts Pedagogy and a BMUS (Honours) in Music Therapy and Education. Her training in breathwork, and nervous-system regulation forms a key part of her wellness-based counselling approach. In addition, she completed undergraduate psychology studies and various applied counselling and trauma-informed certificates through SACAP.
Today, she provides non-clinical, wellness-focused counselling supporting stress management, burnout prevention, emotional resilience, and money-related stress patterns — with a particular interest in supporting women navigating leadership and financial responsibility in high-pressure environments.
