Nokwanda Ntshingila is a learning and development professional with a diverse background across academia, science, and global customer experience. She holds a Master’s degree in Microbiology, is a published researcher, and a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
She is deeply passionate about people development, women empowerment, and youth development, and has been recognised internationally for her impact, including being featured on a Times Square billboard celebrating women leaders. Her work is grounded in the belief that growth happens when people feel seen, supported, and challenged.
An extroverted social butterfly at heart, Nokwanda loves building new relationships and meaningful connections. Outside of work, she’s an avid romance novel reader, enjoys trying new things, and can often be found on the padel courts.
